  1. You can use for example Godot https://godotengine.org/ . Godot has various example projects, like platform games, 2D, 3D etc. Download Standard version, so it's possible in Godot to click to download different export targets, like HTML5, Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, Mac. For Friend, save Godot game as HTML5, it then saves to directory HTML file - for example that can be index.html. There also is Javascript, WASM, image, sound etc files that belong to your project. If you copy those HTML5 exported files to your webserver, like https://example.com/game/ , then with that URL you can play game in webbrowser. To make it a Friend app, you can create wrapper with Friend Create, similar like there is for Wekan https://github.com/wekan/FriendUPApp . In your Godot game code, you can also call Friend APIs, etc.
  2. Well, there is some crazy new tech like Deno, that maybe could make Node.js app to executeable, but I really don't know does it make any sense, or does it work: https://deno.land/ https://github.com/denoland/deno
  3. That manifest file above would not solve keyboard issue. Maybe making Windows desktop app with https://www.electronjs.org/ or similar and catching keyboard events would work better.
  4. If FriendOS has manifest file then it can be opened without browser navigation as "app window" like it's possible to do with Wekan https://github.com/wekan/wekan/pull/1184#issuecomment-324472216
  5. Hi, I'm maintainer of Wekan Open Source kanban board, https://wekan.github.io . I was as 7th grade at school at 1989 when I got my first computer Amiga 500. I ordered Blitz Basic by mail and started programming with it. I have coded with various programming languages, been SysOp/SysAdmin/AWS Cloud Architect. I did translate Wekan to Finnish, and then started maintaining Wekan first as a hobby https://github.com/wekan/wekan/wiki/FAQ#what-was-wekan-fork--wefork . After one year of my hobby, some did ask could I add bounties, so added those and my Commercial Support Commercial Support for it https://wekan.team . Because Wekan Community has encouraged and supported me, I'm still maintaining Wekan. I check and merge pull requests, make releases for all Wekan platforms, have written most of the documentation at Wekan GitHub wiki https://github.com/wekan/wekan/wiki , answer to chat messages, etc. I have also contributed code and Finnish translations to other Open Source projects. If I remember correctly, I found Friend from some news. Wekan is used at Friend desktop, and more integrations is planned.
